Elizabeth Van Sant Hoffman

Elizabeth Van Sant Hoffman is the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Clinical Design and Delivery at Eli Lilly. A Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, she leads teams responsible for portfolio strategy from discovery through late-stage development and is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Outside of her core role, Elizabeth is dedicated to advancing patient safety, with a particular focus on pediatric care. She is also committed to mentorship, actively engaging with and encouraging talented STEM students from across the country.

She serves as an executive sponsor for multiple diversity and inclusion initiatives within Eli Lilly and Company.
