Eric D. Collins is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and the CEO of Impact X Capital, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting underrepresented founders. A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School, he is also the author of "We Don’t Need Permission" and the host of Channel 4’s “The Money Maker. ”
Eric identifies as a Southern American and comes from a family with a multi-generational history in agriculture in the American South. This background fuels his personal and professional interest in agricultural technology (Agritech), stemming from his fathers work in crop science and his familys experience as farmers and oystermen.
He was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the Small Business Administrations Council on Underserved Communities.
