In 2024, his firm was honored with a BBB Torch Award for Ethics, highlighting a commitment to high standards.

Deeply rooted in his community, Eric is passionate about giving back and supports local organizations such as Victory Mission and The Kitchen, Inc. This charitable focus continues the philanthropic philosophy established by his late father, Randy Friga, who founded the company.

He is a second-generation leader, having taken over the presidency from his father after growing up in the business and managing projects since he was nineteen.
