Erica Harris is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience in the Springfield community. As the Director of Development for the Child Advocacy Center, she spearheads crucial fundraising and community awareness initiatives. Her career includes impactful roles at Care to Learn, CoxHealth, and the Community Partnership of the Ozarks.
