Erica Lebo

Erica Lebo is the Executive Director and President of the UF Health Central Florida Foundations, where she leads significant philanthropic and fundraising initiatives. With a background in development at institutions like Washington University, she specializes in securing major gifts to advance patient care and hospital expansions.

Outside of her professional role, Erica is passionate about fitness and holds a CrossFit L-1 Trainer certification. She also enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, balancing her demanding career with active leisure pursuits.
