Erin Hammer

Erin Hammer is the Vice President at Hammer MetalWerks, a company specializing in custom metal fabrication from CAD design to finished products. Her role involves overseeing the creation of a wide range of items, from machinery parts to artistic fire pits. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University.

Outside of the metalworking industry, Erin is the Founder and CEO of the Dragonfly Dreams Dance Academy. This passion is rooted in her education, which includes a minor in Educational Dance. Her interests in organizations like the National Dance Education Organization underscore her commitment to the art form.

Erin uniquely balances leadership roles in two vastly different fields: industrial metal fabrication and professional dance education.
