Erin Hickey

Erin Hickey is an experienced Quality Manager at Green Infrastructure Partners, with a background in heavy civil projects at Pennecon. Her expertise, built over 20 years, spans process improvement in construction, mining, and energy sectors. She is a graduate of Memorial University and a RABQSA Certified Auditor.

Erin is a passionate advocate for Indigenous relations and community engagement. Since 2019, her responsibilities have expanded to include Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, reflecting a deep commitment to building inclusive relationships between industry and Indigenous communities across Canada.

She was the PAIR (Progressive Aboriginal Relations) Lead at Pennecon, guiding the company to achieve Silver status with the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business.
