Margarita Escartin

Margarita Escartin is an Indigenous engagement and social performance specialist, serving as Managing Director at Red Cliff Project Consultants. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she has over a decade of experience negotiating land access and cultural heritage agreements for major resource and infrastructure projects globally.

Outside of her corporate roles, Margarita is passionate about regional development and community enrichment. She values original thought and creativity, and finds grounding by spending time in nature and working on her property. She is also a supporter of her familys creative pursuits, including book writing and AI development.

To unwind from her professional life, Margarita works on her property, finding that tasks like mowing and gardening in nature help her to unpack and de-stress.
