Eva DeCesaro is the Smart Grid Test Bed Portfolio Lead and a Senior Technical Program Manager at Portland General Electric. She has extensive experience in the utility sector, specializing in transportation electrification from previous roles at PGE and PacifiCorp. Outside of her professional work, Eva has a background in competitive sports, having played varsity soccer at Fordham University.
