Frank Kasnick

Frank Kasnick is the President & CEO of the Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative (IWDC), where he focuses on executing growth strategies and driving value for members. He has an extensive background in the industrial gas and welding industry, including senior VP roles at Praxair. He holds an MBA from Rutgers and a BS from Penn State.

In an autobiographical article, Frank detailed his unique upbringing, which included living in Iran as a child and attending three different high schools in three years. This nomadic early life, coupled with a passion for personal retreats and camping, has shaped his career decisions and adaptability to change.

He decided to enter the industrial gas and welding business following a personal camping retreat where he reflected on his career and life goals.
