Frank (Zhao) Su

Frank Su is the Head of Private Equity at the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, where he leads the global private equity business. His expertise, honed over a decade leading Private Equity in Asia for CPP Investments, lies in the Greater China market, focusing on buy-outs and growth capital. He holds a masters degree from Northwesterns Kellogg School of Management.

Frank maintains strong ties with his alma mater, Kellogg School of Management. He recently returned as a featured speaker for the "Conversations with Kellogg Leaders" series, sharing his insights on private equity, Asian markets, and leadership with the dean and students, demonstrating a passion for mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

After building and leading a team of nearly 20 investment professionals in Asia for CPP Investments, he made a significant career move to the UAE to head the private equity division for another major pension fund.
