Fredrik Björk

He previously scaled The RealReal as CTO through its 2019 IPO and founded Avatars United, a metaverse social network acquired by Linden Lab. He holds degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology and Richmond American University London.
Originally from Sweden and now based in San Francisco, Fredrik is a father of two. Outside of his demanding career, he is an avid marathon runner and enjoys physically challenging hobbies like windsurfing and wing foiling. He is also a prolific angel investor in early-stage technology companies.
He received the Silicon Valley Ruby Innovator Award in 2011 for his work on a social application that was downloaded over 5 million times.
