Gabby Costigan is the Group Managing Director of Business Development at BAE Systems, leveraging a distinguished 21-year career in the Australian Army where she retired as a Colonel. An Aeronautical Engineer by training from UNSW, her expertise spans logistics, international relations, and business development, previously serving as CEO of BAE Systems Australia.
Outside of her corporate role, Gabby is a passionate advocate for veterans and their families, having chaired the Council for Women and Families United by Defence Service. She is also a vocal supporter of women in STEM and defence, and is married with two children.
She has been honored for her military service by the Australian and US Governments and NATO, and was awarded an MBE for her services to UK-Australia relations.
