Geoff Tracy is the President and founder of Chef Geoffs Deluxe Hospitality, which he established in 2000. A graduate of Georgetown University and The Culinary Institute of America, he is a professionally trained chef with deep expertise in menu development, cost controls, branding, and management, making his restaurants a Washington D. C. staple.
Outside of his restaurants, Geoff is married to journalist Norah O’Donnell, and they have three children. He is an avid runner who has completed multiple marathons and is actively involved in supporting local D. C. community charities, particularly those focused on fighting hunger.
He has testified before the U. S. Congress, advocating for the needs of the restaurant industry and small business owners.
