Greg Godfrey-Williams

Greg Godfrey-Williams is a senior manufacturing leader at Spirax Sarco, where he champions talent development through robust apprenticeship programs. He is a vocal advocate for workplace inclusion and diversity, believing it is key to creating a more efficient and sustainable world. He has also led critical rapid-response manufacturing projects.

Outside of his corporate role, Greg is actively involved in his local communitys well-being. He has played a central role in the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign, a successful initiative to place life-saving devices throughout the Cheltenham area, demonstrating a clear commitment to public health and safety.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, his team rapidly retooled their factory to produce thousands of critical components for NHS breathing aids.
