Hallie Kuhn

She leads venture investments, underwriting, and business development for the San Diego and Los Angeles clusters. Hallie earned her PhD in Systems Biology from Harvard University, building on her extensive background in life sciences.
Outside of her primary role, Hallie has volunteered for a sexual assault crisis center and a Red Cross asylum. During her undergraduate studies, she was an aerobics teacher and was active in yoga and dance. Her work reflects a deep commitment to translating scientific discovery into real-world impact.
She was a Churchill Scholar at the University of Cambridge, a prestigious fellowship awarded to only a handful of American students each year for science, mathematics, and engineering.
