Hanuman Goleman is the Founder and CEO of Key Step Media, focusing on leadership, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. A graduate of Emerson College with an M. A. in Media Arts, he began his career recording audio for cultural preservation. His mission is to foster self-awareness, empathy, and more conscious decision-making in leaders.
Outside of his professional work, Hanuman is deeply committed to mindfulness and Vipassana meditation, a practice he began in 1989. He is passionate about social causes, including supporting indigenous tribes in Colombia. He lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife and two young children, balancing his work with family life.
He once developed and participated in "The Wisdom Preservation Project, " recording interviews with Buddhist masters in Myanmar to preserve their stories.
