Hayden Shumaker

Hayden Shumaker is a student-athlete at Illinois Wesleyan University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He complements his technical studies with practical leadership skills gained from coaching and refereeing youth soccer, demonstrating strong communication, decision-making, and a dedication to mentorship.

As a member of the Illinois Wesleyan Mens Soccer team, Hayden is deeply committed to athletics. His interests extend beyond playing, as he enjoys golfing, listening to music, and watching sports. His family shares a strong soccer background, with his father and brother also playing collegiately.

He balances a rigorous Computer Science curriculum with the demands of being a collegiate soccer player.
