Hebah Kokash is a Senior Manager for Government Relations, Immigration & Mobility at Fragomen, specializing in the GCC and MENA regions. Her expertise covers regulatory risk, policy alignment, and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Hashemite University and is skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and building strong government relationships.
