Helen Cartlidge is an artist and a founder of Gallery at 12 in Eccleshall, where she also serves as the in-house framer. Her paintings are inspired by Chinese drawing, skillfully combining bold ink with the delicate translucence of watercolour. She holds a BA (Hons) in textiles and applied art from Wolverhampton School of Art.
Helen is deeply passionate about her creative work and is an active member of the Staffordshire Artists Cooperative, contributing to the local art scene. She is also a dog owner, with a canine companion named Tatty.
While a student, Helen was the winner of the prestigious John Lewis / Hill & Co. Student Rug Designer award.
