Hilke Van Lieshout

Hilke is a Senior Learning & Development Manager at Better Minds, specializing in leadership and culture. She leverages over 20 years of marketing and consultancy experience, including roles at Heineken and over nine years of international work in locations like Oman and Dubai. She holds a certification in Professional Communication from Phoenix Opleidingen.

Outside of work, Hilke is deeply passionate about preserving railway history. She serves as a board member for heritage railway organizations like HRN and Fedecrail. She has also volunteered for TEDxHaarlem, driven by a desire to contribute to her local community and explore a wide range of inspiring ideas.

She has represented Fedecrail, the European Federation of Museum & Tourist Railways, in plenary meetings in Brussels.
