Hugh Cassar is the founder and Chairman of Kretek International, a leading importer and distributor of specialty tobacco products. A business graduate from the University of Toronto and a Chartered Accountant, he is a lifelong entrepreneur who founded Kretek in 1982 and built it into a major industry player with over 400 employees.
Outside of work, Hugh is an avid car collector and enjoys music and travel. He and his wife, Keets, are deeply involved in philanthropy through the Cassar Family Foundation, supporting numerous local charities in the Conejo Valley, including Casa Pacifica, the Cancer Support Community, and several universities.
