Ier Sanguino Santana is the Head of Solution Consulting for the Iberia region at ServiceNow. With a background in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Polité-cnica de Madrid, he specializes in guiding enterprises through digital transformation, focusing on workflow automation and leveraging cloud platforms. He has prior experience at companies like EMC and Symantec.

Outside of his executive role, Ier follows technology trends, particularly the application of generative AI in the enterprise sector. He is also an avid soccer fan and shows support for the Real Madrid C. F. team through his public social media activity.
