Jacalyn Bolles

Jacalyn Bolles is the Executive Director of Treasury and Investor Relations at Allison Transmission. She has progressed through several leadership roles within the company, previously serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Jacalyn holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Jacalyn contributes to Indianapoliss cultural scene as a donor to Newfields, the citys campus for art and nature. She is passionate about her companys success, celebrating major milestones like its 10-year anniversary as a publicly listed company with her team.

She made a significant career transition internally, moving from senior legal and compliance leadership to heading the treasury and investor relations functions.
