Jacqueline Griffin is the founder of Xena Workwear Oceania, bringing stylish, purpose-built safety footwear to professional women. A former senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience at major New Zealand and Australian firms, she also founded the HR consultancy, LEAP Consulting. She attended Victoria University of Wellington.
Outside of work, Jacqueline prioritizes family and work-life balance, having relocated her family to the quieter town of Hastings in Hawkes Bay.
