James Halow

James Halow is a long-tenured Managing Director at Calera Capital, having joined the private equity firm in 2000. He specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as debt and equity financings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, showcasing his strong academic background.

A native of San Francisco, James resides in a Bay Area suburb with his wife and two children. Outside of his professional life, he is an active individual who enjoys running, tennis, and basketball. He is also a passionate and lifelong supporter of the Golden State Warriors basketball team.

He graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors, one of the most prestigious academic honor societies in the United States.
