Jana R. Chvatal, CRISC

Jana Chvatal is the Executive Director of Enterprise IT Security Risk Management & Compliance at the University of Houston, where she has worked for many years. She holds numerous certifications, including CRISC, CISA, and CIPP, specializing in HIPAA and payment card industry data security standards. She received her BBA from the University of Houston.

Jana is actively involved in the professional community, having served as the Director of Communications for the Houston Chapter of ISACA. She has also participated as a speaker and supporter for events like the Women in Technology Conference at the University of Houston, demonstrating a commitment to advancing the field.

She has progressed through multiple roles at the University of Houston, from Manager to Director and now Executive Director.
