Janice Larocque

Janice Larocque is the President and founder of Spirit Omega Inc. and Fast Labour Solutions, companies she has successfully operated for over 27 years. A proud Métis woman, she is a multi-award-winning leader in workforce diversity, specializing in Indigenous recruitment and breaking down employment barriers. She is often described by colleagues as "professional" and "focused".

Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Janice is a dedicated community supporter. She actively volunteers and donates to various causes, including Indigenous events, youth sponsorships, and community recovery efforts after natural disasters like floods and wildfires in Alberta. Her work is driven by a passion for social impact and empowerment.

After being told her business was not viable and being rejected for loans, Janice persevered to build one of Canadas largest Indigenous women-owned recruitment firms.
