Jara Blash is the National Director of Consulting at Imperial Events Security Services (IESS), a role she rejoined in 2023. Her career in event security began with IESS as a teenager. She is a solutions-oriented professional, known for her deep knowledge and support in managing major conventions across the country.

Jara thrives in a fast-paced environment, frequently traveling for site visits to ensure flawless event execution. She takes immense pride in her teams hard work and professionalism, celebrating their successes at high-profile events like WonderCon and VidCon. She fosters a positive team dynamic, even amidst grueling back-to-back schedules.

Her career has come full circle, starting with IESS taking tickets and now leading the companys national consulting division.
