He began his legal education at The Ohio State University and has served as a federal prosecutor in Cleveland and as a Deputy Solicitor General for Ohio, arguing cases before the states Supreme Court.
He served as Special Counsel to Senator Ted Cruz for the successful confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the U. S. Supreme Court.
