Jay Kumar

Jay Kumar is a Consulting Managing Director at Deloitte with a background from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He leads significant public sector initiatives, such as the Oregon Eligibility Partnership, focusing on driving successful outcomes for state and local government programs through strategic consulting and team leadership.

He is deeply committed to community service, actively engaging in Deloittes efforts to give back. Jay partners with several local organizations, including CASA of Marion County, ALL for Lunch, and the Boys & Girls Club of Portland, to support and transform lives within the community.

Jay recently celebrated the success of Oregons Summer EBT program at the national ISM + APHSA 2024 conference in Denver.
