His team develops "jetpack" satellites for servicing and life extension. A BITS Pilani graduate and former Pixxel engineer, he recently secured $2 million in pre-seed funding to advance this technology.
Jays fascination with space began in his youth, inspired by shows like "Cosmos. " This passion solidified at BITS Pilani, where he worked on satellites and a NASA rover competition. He also draws inspiration from "The Lord of the Rings, " naming his company Aule after the god of engineering from the books.
While at BITS Pilani, the team he led for a NASA rover competition ranked second globally in the project review category out of 80 international teams.
