Outside of his formal role, Jay is an active public speaker, sharing his expertise at major cyber insurance and risk symposiums. He has a keen sense of humor, often sharing amusing personal anecdotes, such as his excitement upon meeting the father of actor Tom Holland (Spider-Man).
