He leveraged his technical skills from the telecom industry to develop an innovative, eco-friendly coffee roasting process, growing a home hobby into one of Atlantic Canadas largest independent coffee companies.
Outside of his business, Jeff is passionate about trying new things, having obtained both realtor and prospecting licenses. He started his coffee venture as a fundraiser for the Rotary Club, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to community involvement and applying his skills to social causes.
He invented the ECO2Roast process, which reduces CO2 emissions by 85% and saves one pound of carbon for every pound of coffee roasted.
