He holds degrees from Macquarie University and The University of Queensland.
Originally from Far North Queensland, Jeff began his career as an engineer before moving into finance and strategic management within the resources sector. He successfully guided Perseus to develop three mines in West Africa in the same ten-year period a competitor struggled to license one in Australia.
