Jenny Seegers is an experienced engineering leader, currently at The Human Agency. With a background in building scalable, user-focused platforms using React and Python, she previously served as Associate Director at Oscar Health, where she led the development of their first externalized BPaaS solution. She holds a Masters in Applied Geography from Texas State University.
Outside of her software engineering career, Jenny has a unique background in biological research. Her academic work has led to co-authoring scientific papers on wildlife, including studies on the diets of venomous snakes and the morphology of blackbirds. She also has a stated interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
