Jens Temminghoff is the Head of Control at NEURA Robotics, where he has grown from an intern to a leadership position. An alumnus of RWTH Aachen University, he specializes in control engineering, robotics, and numerical simulation, with a focus on applying advanced mathematical models to solve complex robotics challenges.
He actively bridges the gap between academia and industry, recently returning to his alma mater, RWTH Aachen, as a guest lecturer for a Robotic Systems course. He shared insights on NEURAs products and state-of-the-art methods in robot kinematics.
He recently published a paper on "Dual Quaternion Quintic Blends, " a novel method for creating smoother, time-optimized movements for collaborative robots.
Read the full overview →The only way to convince them is by showing them examples and ample proof. They are heavily focused on quality and prefer doing things the right way, even if it takes time. They are quite aware of their needs and limitations, so they are unlikely to over-promise.
Calculativeness (C) reflects the degree to which a person is likely to be cautious, systematic and analytical. Those scoring high tend to emphasise quality and accuracy.
