Jim Kaylor is a second-generation concrete industry professional with deep expertise in cement chemistry, admixtures, and structural concrete. He serves as Managing Director for Chem Concrete USA and Principal for DURABILITY CONSULTANTS, focusing on quality control and sustainable solutions. He holds a B. B. A. from California State University, Northridge and multiple ACI certifications.
