Jo Norris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carbon Reform, a climate tech startup. A materials engineer and climate scientist, she was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work in creating technology to cut energy costs and improve indoor air quality. She holds a Masters from Columbia University and conducted PhD research at the University of Delaware.
Outside of her technical work, Jo is a lifelong artist and professional painter, viewing her creativity as a significant strength in problem-solving and innovation. She believes in integrating art and science to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, a philosophy she applies to her leadership at Carbon Reform.
