Joe is a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with over a decade in the ecosystem and 18 certifications. He focuses on building scalable, user-centric platforms and has experience across various industries, including leading multi-cloud rollouts and migrations. Outside of his tech career, Joe is a passionate entrepreneur, having co-founded Obvious Coffee Roasters, a small-batch roastery in Ohio. He is a vocal advocate for mental health and disability awareness in the workplace, sharing his own experiences to help create more inclusive environments. He also enjoys charitable gaming through Extra Life.

He is a self-taught coffee roaster and has experimented with creating bourbon barrel-aged coffee.
