Joe Vetter

Joe Vetter is the Vice President of Operations at INPEX, where he is responsible for leading the Ichthys LNG Operations team. His career spans decades in the energy sector, including extensive experience in engineering and operations leadership at Woodside Energy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with first-class honours from CQUniversity.

Joe is a prominent champion for INPEXs Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). He is a vocal advocate for building strong community relationships, fostering cultural competency in the workplace, and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through scholarships, training programs, and business partnerships.

Beyond his core operational duties, he is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
