John Hayes

John Hayes founded the property maintenance firm Axis Europe in 1986. After decades as CEO, he recently transitioned to a Non-Executive Director role following the companys acquisition by H. I. G. Capital, and he continues to guide strategy as a board member.

Deeply committed to philanthropy, John established the Axis Foundation, which supports small, impactful local causes. He is also a passionate, long-time supporter of Charlton Athletic Football Club, reflecting his dedication to the community and the teams values.

For his extensive charitable work, John was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the Kings Birthday Honours list.
