Jon Rambeau is the President of Integrated Mission Systems at L3Harris, where he leads business strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio. An accomplished leader with over two decades of experience since starting at Lockheed Martin, he holds an MS in Technology Management from The Wharton School.
Outside of his executive role, Jon is a published author, having written "Breaking Away from the Pack," a book focused on career development and advancement. He is a committed inclusion advocate and actively supports military and veteran causes through his work and community engagement.
In 2012, Jon was named one of Aviation Week’s “Top 40 Under Forty” rising stars in the aerospace and defense industry.
