Jonathan Morrison is a professional chef and entrepreneur in Moncton, New Brunswick. He is a partner at Catch22 Lobster Bar and the owner of Lost & Found Ice Cream, an artisanal shop he started during the pandemic. He is known for using locally sourced ingredients and creating ever-changing, unique flavors.
Outside of his own kitchens, Jonathan enjoys exploring the local food scene, with pizza being a favorite takeout choice. He is passionate about creating food that feels like home and sources ingredients from local markets for his own cooking, showing a deep connection to his communitys producers.
He once competed for the prestigious Hawksworth Young Chefs Scholarship, which led to a tryout at Raymonds Restaurant, previously voted Canadas best.
