He specializes in advising investment funds, reinsurance companies, and startups on M&A, cross-border structuring, and financing. He holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and has lived in Switzerland for almost a decade.
Outside of work, Jonathan is an enthusiastic American football fan. He is also an avid smoker of meat and fish, and enjoys cooking American-style barbecue in his free time. He lives in Wädenswil, Switzerland with his wife, two children, and their dog.
