Joseph Caro

As CIO and SVP of Post Holdings, Joseph Caro is a veteran technology executive with a history of leadership roles in the consumer goods, retail, and financial services sectors. He holds an MBA from Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business, combining his technical expertise with a strong business foundation.

Outside of his corporate role, Joseph is actively involved in the St. Louis community. He serves on the Board of Governors for the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Foundation, demonstrating a clear commitment to philanthropy and supporting local healthcare initiatives for children.

He applies his executive experience to community service by sitting on the board of a major St. Louis childrens hospital foundation.
