Joy Ignacio is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting with over 15 years of experience in government consulting, specializing in the full software development lifecycle. She leads complex application implementations and technology modernization projects, primarily within the Department of Homeland Security sector.

Outside of work, Joy is a passionate traveler who loves to learn about different cultures and history, having visited 26 countries. Her love for exploration stems from her upbringing in a Navy family, which involved living in many different places.
