A. in Cinema & Television Arts and a minor in Leadership Studies, she began her career at WME before moving into development. She is passionate about elevating new voices and creating inclusive stories.
Joyce is dedicated to mentorship and empowering women within the entertainment industry. While at Elon, she founded the "Women of the Elon Entertainment Empire" (WEEE), an initiative to create a support and mentorship network for female students and alumnae. Her interest in inclusion also led her to attend Varietys Inclusion Summit.
Unique fact: While still a student, Joyce founded a significant mentorship and networking organization that has since expanded from campus to an alumnae group in Los Angeles.
