Julie Francesca Gutierrez is the President and Founder of two distinct firms: Core Change Management Consulting and Core CMCI, a commercial construction company. She combines her expertise in business process improvement with an Electrical Engineering degree from Southern Methodist University and an EMBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
