Juliet Starrett is the CEO and co-founder of The Ready State, a health and wellness company. A former corporate attorney with a J. D. from the University of San Francisco, she transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding one of the first CrossFit gyms and becoming a New York Times bestselling author on the topic of human movement.

Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Juliet is a highly accomplished athlete, having won three World Championships and five national titles in extreme whitewater paddling.
