Juliet Starrett

D. from the University of San Francisco, she transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding one of the first CrossFit gyms and becoming a New York Times bestselling author on the topic of human movement.
Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Juliet is a highly accomplished athlete, having won three World Championships and five national titles in extreme whitewater paddling. She is passionate about childrens health, founding the nonprofit StandUp Kids, and enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and paddling with her husband and two daughters.
Unique fact: While working as a river guide before law school, Juliet was attacked by a hippo on the Zambezi river.
